Use the in-app SOS button immediately. This alerts our 24/7 safety team and can connect you with emergency services. You can also end the trip safely at any point — you will not be penalised for ending a trip due to safety concerns.
Am I covered by insurance during the trip?
Yes. All trips are covered by Ailoo's commercial ride insurance from the moment you accept a ride request until the trip ends. This is separate from your personal vehicle insurance.
What if I'm involved in an accident?
Call emergency services if needed, then contact our 24/7 driver support line. Our incident response team will guide you through the process, coordinate with insurers, and provide legal support if necessary. All trips are GPS-logged for evidence.
Can I see a rider's profile before accepting?
Yes. Every ride request shows the rider's profile photo, rating, and trip history summary. You can decline any ride request with no penalty.
Is there a panic button?
Yes — the SOS button in the driver app sends your GPS location and trip details to emergency contacts and our safety team instantly. It also has a discreet mode that silently alerts without triggering an obvious notification.
