Be at the pickup location on time. Drivers wait for you.

Use the app to message if you're running late or need to change plans.

Be Respectful

No loud music, eating, drinking, or smoking without asking first.

Rate Honestly

Your feedback helps maintain quality. Rate fairly and leave helpful comments.

For Drivers

Be Professional

Clean vehicle, professional appearance, courteous behavior.

Drive Safely

Follow traffic rules, don't speed, and drive defensively.

Communicate Well

Update riders if you're running late. Confirm pickup locations.

Be Helpful

Help with luggage, answer questions, make riders feel comfortable.

Unacceptable Behavior

These actions violate our community standards and will result in account action

Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or any other protected characteristic
Sexual harassment or inappropriate advances
Aggressive, threatening, or violent behavior
Drug or alcohol use during rides
Asking for or paying cash to avoid app payment
Repeatedly canceling accepted rides
Soliciting personal contact information
Damaging property or littering

How to report community guideline violations

First Violation

Warning

Written warning explaining the violation and expected behavior.

Second Violation

Temporary Suspension

7-30 day account suspension depending on severity.

Serious Violation

Immediate Ban

Permanent account deactivation for serious safety violations.
