No discrimination, no harassment, no disrespectful behaviour. Every person in the Ailoo community deserves basic decency — regardless of anything.

Follow traffic rules, maintain your vehicle, and act responsibly. Safety is not optional — it is a requirement of being on our platform.
Honest ratings, clear communication
Rate honestly, communicate clearly, and treat others as you want to be treated. Fairness builds a community that works for everyone.

Guidelines
What we expect
from everyone.
For riders
Be at the pickup location on time
Use the app to message if you are running late
No loud music, eating, or smoking without asking first
Rate your driver honestly and fairly
Verify the driver details before getting in
For drivers
Keep your vehicle clean and maintain a professional appearance
Drive safely and follow all traffic rules
Update riders if running late and confirm pickup locations
Help with luggage and make riders feel comfortable
Report any issues immediately through the app
Unacceptable behaviour
These will get you
removed from the platform.
Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or any other characteristic
Sexual harassment or inappropriate advances
Aggressive, threatening, or violent behaviour
Drug or alcohol use during rides
Asking for or paying cash to avoid in-app payment
Repeatedly cancelling accepted rides
Soliciting personal contact information
Damaging property or littering
Violations of safety policies result in immediate account suspension.

system works.
Report in-app
Report issues directly through the app immediately after your ride ends.
Reviewed within 24 hours
Our team reviews every single report within 24 hours of submission.
Action is taken
Appropriate action is taken — from written warnings to permanent bans.
You are notified
You will be notified of the outcome and any actions taken on your report.
Enforcement
Violations have
consequences.
Written warning
A written warning explaining the violation and the expected behaviour going forward.
Temporary suspension
7 to 30 day account suspension depending on the severity of the violation.
Immediate permanent ban
Permanent account deactivation for serious safety violations. No exceptions.
